Zone de Texte: Born in 1956 in Forestville on the North shore of the Saint-Laurence River, Quebec, Canada, the author has a bachelor degree in Philosophy (equivalence) from Laval University of Quebec, Canada (1978), a bachelor degree in management economics (double honour) from Guelph University, Ontario, Canada (1984), and 30 credits at master level in economics from Laval University. He works for the government of Quebec since 1986. Out of his own techniques to free himself from air in stomach and bowel and to reduce nervous tensions, he practice Taï Chi, Qi Gong, Nadeau techniques. He is biking and skiing to go to work. He published the first French version of this book in 1999. He wrote many articles on digestive tract self-help in the Journal Vert, Le Journal, and in Du Cœur au ventre, the Association des maladies gastro-intestinales fonctionelles (AMGIF) review.
